By booking or using Baithak Podcast Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. 1. Bookings & Payments
    • All studio bookings must be confirmed in advance.
    • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a slot.
    • Booking time includes setup and wrap-up unless stated otherwise.
    • Late arrivals will reduce recording time without refund.
  2. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the booking time.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be non-refundable.
    • Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.
  3. 3. Studio Usage
    • The studio must be used only for lawful recording purposes.
    • Any damage to equipment, furniture, or property caused by the client or their team will be chargeable.
    • Food, beverages, smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are not allowed unless permitted by the studio.
  4. 4. Equipment & Technical Responsibility
    • Baithak provides professional audio and video equipment in working condition.
    • Clients are responsible for content quality dependent on performance, preparation, and punctuality.
    • Technical issues beyond our control (power failure, internet issues, unforeseen equipment failure) will not guarantee refunds but reasonable support or rescheduling will be considered.
  5. 5. Content Ownership & Rights
    • All content recorded at Baithak remains the intellectual property of the client.
    • Baithak does not claim ownership of recorded content.
    • With prior permission, Baithak may use short clips or behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes.
  6. 6. Conduct & Behavior
    • Respectful behavior towards staff, equipment, and other clients is mandatory.
    • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
  7. 7. Privacy & Confidentiality
    • Client recordings and conversations are kept private.
    • Baithak will not share or publish any content without client consent.
  8. 8. Limitation of Liability
    • Baithak is not responsible for loss of data once files are handed over to the client.
    • Clients are advised to back up their data immediately.
    • Baithak shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  9. 9. Changes to Terms
    • Baithak Podcast Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  10. 10. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
